Error while migrating projects from on-prem to cloud

Getting this following error "We found some errors while preparing your data for migration" during Pre-migration checks.

When I checked the logs it was showing this error message for multiple projects.

"The workflow: [Simplified Security Issue Workflow] transition: [Create] has unsupported custom field reference in config hidFieldsList for workflow rule validator [FieldsRequiredValidator]. [JCMA 134] Double-check the workflow rule for missing config values or references."

Can anyone help me in resolving this issue
