Good day.
I try to integrate cloud Jira
https://openqinc.jira.com ( I am admin there)
with Bamboo server, version 5.14.1
I create a link from bamboo and when i am redirected to Jira, i get this error:
It has not been possible to retrieve the required information from http://xxxxxxxxxxx.amazonaws.com:xxxx. Therefore the link cannot be created.
Click Continue to be redirected back to http://xxxxxxxxxxx.amazonaws.com:xxxx. Click Close to remain here.
Please help me resolve this, as integrating these two services is very valuable for us.
The issue was with firewall setup for bamboo instance. We were forced to open Bamboo to the world, as white listing for Jira IP ranges was not effective, due to their numbers.
Hello
Check out this document:
https://confluence.atlassian.com/bamkb/linking-jira-cloud-with-self-hosted-bamboo-389284242.html
It says that Bamboo should be accessible via either port 80 or 443. This is for different bamboo version but it still might be the same problem.

Thanks, but that did not help. Moved bamboo to port 80, tried to establish connection with Jira, config error on Bamboo side.
Spinner spins infinitely.

Hi, what is the exact error? Did you try to create the link from jira?
edit: I saw the screenshot now, let me check.
Can you try to check your bamboo logs to see the exact error message? (catalina.out logs)
