Error while creating issues using the CSV importer

When attempting to create issues (tasks) using the CSV importer, an error is displayed as follows:

  • Issue can't be created due to the error/s [ Issue type is a sub-task but parent issue key or id not specified. ]

Hi @Dileep Kumar ,

Welcome to the community!

I think the error might be due to Parent column missing in the CSV file where the Id's are defined for the subtask. Could you please check that once if the subtask have the parent id specified in the sheet.
