Error while creating Team in JIRA

After setting the necessary fields in the Create Team section of JIRA, I get the following error upon finishing:

"Error!

There was a SQL exception thrown by the Active

Objects library: Database: - name:PostgreSQL -

version:9.5.10 - minor version: 5 - major version:9

Driver: - name:PostgreSQL Native Driver - 

version:postgresql.util.PSQLException: ERROR:

duplicate key value violates unique constraint 

"TEAM_V2_pkey" Detail: Key ("ID")=(4) already

exists."

The team doesn't exist.  What could be wrong?

The issue you’re reporting is a database issue and will need to be resolved by support. Your onsite DBA will also need to be involved as some of the work to resolve this will require database access.
