Hello, I'm trying to create a simple automation rule to clone Issues from the Product board to the Development board. Every time that I try to run it raises the error "Not possible to create the item on this type of project/item 10000/10016". I've tried different scopes for the rule, different owners/agents, but it doesn't work. When I try to clone the issue within the same project, it works, so I guess is something related to permissions/workflows. Any thoughts on that?
Hello, I was able to fix it by setting an Issue Type in the automation rule. I guess Jira was trying to use a type that is not set in the target project. Thank you very much!
Hello @Ualasroh
Welcome to the community.
Is your source project a Team Managed project or a Company Managed project? And what about the destination project?
Do the projects have the same issue types?
Can you show us the rule you have created?

Hi @Ualasroh - Welcome to the Atlassian Community!
Definitely sounds like a permission issue with the new project. Check the Browse Project and Create issue permissions for the permission scheme for the new project.
