Error when trying to copy a workflow

I am trying to copy a workflow in jira software.

Every time I try to copy it, I get this error:

We couldn't create your workflow

Missing parameter "previousStatusIds" in rule "b606f7ba-2175-4f44-9a82-f3b5b985cfe8".

Does anyone know why or how I fix this parameter?

The workflow in question is actively being used with no problems.

Hi @Dakota Beres ,

I'm not to sure of the error but it seems like one of the validation in the workflow is causing this, you can try deleting all status validators and then retry the copy.

Another way to find out the culprits would be to get assistance from the support team https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/, since the error logs at their end prints out higher details
