Error when importing

Dear all,

I exported 2 tickets from JIRA to a CSV document. Then I proceed with the importation of this document and after all the process I got the message showed below:

Could you please help me with this issue?

I think you need to read the log file to get more detail, I'm afraid this screen is not extracting and displaying enough information to tell you what has gone wrong.
