Since a few days the portal users receiving an error when making a status transition via the customer portal.

User management:
Our customers are grouped in organizations and have portal only access.
Teams input field:
The 'Teams' field is not used in the workflow but it's available in the ticket screen that is used by agents/employees.
Tests:
- When I make the transition via the customer portal with an account that also haves access to Jira Service Management (employee account). I do not receive an error.
- When I empty the teams field and make the transition with a customer (portal only) account. I do not receive an error.
- When I make the transition with a value in the team field with a customer (portal only) account. The error occurs.
