Error: the jira server could not be contacted. this may be temporary glitch or the server may be down

Error: the jira server could not be contacted. this may be temporary glitch or the server may be down

All the JIRA users are facing an issue while editting any issue. Error displayed is as follows:

' the jira server could not be contacted. this may be temporary glitch or the server may be down'

As per the atlassian document, Customware plugin is also disabled.

Please help asap
