Error switch workflow: specify mapping

Annick Luten

While switching my workflow scheme for a project, in the second step i'm mapping the issue types on the old > new status. While doing, i found out that Story and Epic are folded. So i am not able to map the statuses from epic and story. However, when I click on "associate" after choosing the right statuses, I see a warning sign which says: "you must specify a mapping for: Story [status] ... etc.

How am I able to still map the statuses of the folded issues in step 2?

Hi Annick - Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

It might be because you have more than 1,000 Story issues that your are converting.

I would do a bulk change first on 900 or so of them. (or all of them)

And then try to your switch again.
