Error setting up single sign on and cannot access account and login

We created a Jira site pjpit.atlassian.net and I tried to setup single sign on and now we are getting an error and cannot login.  I cannot contact support cause I cannot login.. I had to create this account to get support..    I have attached a pherror.JPGoto of error I am receiving.
