I had create a new recurring issue on a new Jira Service Desk: Data Service Desk
If I try to run this issue manually, I get the following error: "Assignee": User "pim01" cannot be assigned issues:
It looks like the group permissions are right, so can you kindly address me to solve this inconvenience?

Looks like the user pim01 does not have "assignable user" permission. Check the permission scheme for the rules who can be assigned to an issue and make sure pim01 matches the rules.
