First of all try to restart the application cleaning plugin cache (https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/how-to-clear-jira-s-plugin-cache-1157468195.html)

If the issue persists, try to perform the integrity checker otherwise please provide information from atlassian-jira.log file
