I have the same error on two machines and with both chrome and edge

This is an error on the back-end, which you (and we, the community) have no access to.  You probably are not the only one getting this.

The error code you have is not indicative of any specific error, it is more a marker of where Atlassian should be looking when you raise the support request.

This should be raised with Atlassian support (including the code), with a brief description of what you were doing.  But don't spend a lot of time on it, it's not something you have done wrong, just something you have wandered into.
