I have set up an automation rule to copy the Fix version to a new custom field, when I get this up with Manual execution on an individual ticket it works as expected when I try and run it on all tickets from a team at a schedule time I get this error
If you review that error, it says that the rule needs issue for the conditions and edit. A scheduled trigger can be used with or without JQL.
Please write some JQL to identify the issues you want to check/update, and then add that to the trigger. With that JQL in the trigger, also note this option:
Decide if you want the rule to check all issues or only those updated after the last rule run.

I think I have it thanks, I jus used the same conditions in the JQL and its allowed me to save it.
