pls. any tips or idea what is wrong with our JIRA (ver. JIRA Software 7.1.10, JIRA Core 7.1.1). Thanx for help.

Sometimes, we get a message on Kanban board page:

Given the issue occurs only sometimes on a very commonly used experience I would encourage you to open a support ticket (https://support.atlassian.com/jira-software-server/) and request for them to follow up on your particular case. Either they hold information on this situation, having happened before for other customers, or they can directly jump in and help you out.
