Error occurred after start_service.bat running

I installed JIRA on Windows vista, and I installed JIRA as a service, when installing finished, I ran start_service.bat in command line, the following error occurred.

System error 5 has occurred.

Access is denied.

Who can tell me how to figure it out?

You don't have this problem with OnDemand

System error 5 usually means that what you are trying to do is forbidden by your privileges. You need to check the permissions that the user running Jira as.
