Error message on CSV import

Importing a CSV file of tickets to be created in Jira. Received this message. I added the "Original Fond in" to the csv but still getting the error.  Appreciate any ideas

ERROR - Issue can't be created due to the error/s [ Originally Found In: Originally Found In is required. ]

Are tiy sure you mapped the field correctly?

John i added it to the CSV file but did not map it to a field in Jira - i didnt see one on the list.   Here is a screen shot.. Is it supposed to be mapped to something in Jira?

That is your problem then. Jira says the field is required to create a new issue, and you are not passing a value for it.

You didn't populate it if it is not mapped. You need to map the column in your CSV to the field in Jira.

Ok John i did map it now, but now comes back saying the format is not valid.  I tried with quotes and without. Not sure what the expected format is for that field. Do you know?

What kind of field is the custom field Originally Found In?
