Hello, I want to add admins to the 'administrator group' though the system doesn't let me. I see a message stating : 1/3 account given in Jira service management, impossible to add members to the group. Though1/3 isn't full and I'm trying to add 2 admins to the administrator group, not in service management. So I don't understand where the pb comes from. Anybody has a clue where could this come from ? Catherine
From what you are describing my first bet would be that the administrator group you are trying to add to, is also a default access group for Jira Service Management and adding users will push you over the user limit of JSM?
