For some reason, I am not able to see the list of users in the user management section of our Jira Cloud. I get an error saying "Something went wrong. Try Again".

Are you the only admin with this issue ? Can you check in other browser, if the issue is still here you could create a ticket https://support.atlassian.com/contact/
