Error in batch.js for some users but not all

Some users are experiencing 500 or sometimes 404 errors with batch.js when searching their requests in service desk.  Console output below.

This is working for most users but one in particular it is failing.  I have tried clearing the browser cache and restarting with no luck.

Is this something with the data?
