Error in Bulk Moving a set of tickets with Closed status

I am the site admin and the project lead of the source and target projects. I checked the permission schemes its all identical across the two projects.

I am able to perform bulk move on other "Closed" tickets across these two projects. But get this error only when I try to move for the below query result.

project = eng AND Squad = “The Goonies” AND issuetype = Story AND status = CLOSED

Error: “NOTE: You do not have the permission to move one or more of the selected issues.” when trying to move the issue.

Any thoughts ?

I'm going to guess that the problem you have is on the workflow associated to the issue type. Check the status properties of the workflow used by stories, you might find a config there that is causing this behavior.
