I set assignee someone else, but always jira ticket has assignee as me.

Have you examined the History for the issue to see if there is an entry for your activity to change the assignee, and then another entry for the assignee being changed back to you?
Have you checked for Automation Rules that could be changing the Assignee back to you? You can find a list of recently executed Automation Rule in the Automation panel in the issue view. Click the Refresh button in that panel to update the information.
