Error exporting more than 1000 or more records

When trying to use the way mentioned in the link " https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/export-more-than-1000-issues-to-excel-from-issue-navigator-in-jira-cloud-77916081 ", to export more than 1000, is generating this error, I checked the Log and nothing was presented large.jfif

Can you plz mentioned JIRA type (Cloud or Server)?

If you are doing on jira server follow below document

If you are using jira cloud, you cant change the value. but you have REST API's available

I suspect you are missing some of the settings, as the changes on that page works fine for the systems I've tested. (You did restart as well?)
