Error custom field (database picker custom field type)

Hi,

I have a database picker custom field created with script runner. My problem with this custom field is when I try to find an option and select it, two options appear in the field. (I attached two photos for this case).

Can you help me with a suggestion, please?

Does the second result have on the grey region "706"?

The second result is selected automatically, it is random and it's not in the grey region.
