Error creating site

could you please clear browser cache and cookies and try to create the site once again?

if you are still facing try with different internet service provided/vpn/machine.

Hello,

I understand you are seeing an error when trying to sign up for an Atlassian Cloud site.

It appears that you are located within Russia.  Atlassian has ended all operations within Russia since October 2022, as detailed in this blog post.  As such, this sign up form is not expected to work for users located in your region.

Welcome.  There is an incident with Free account subscription, so possibly wait till the. next day or two before creating one.

Otherwise, would recommend contacting support as mentioned in the error.
