I've got this message while trying to install JIRA using mysql 5.7

I have just seen in the release notes that mysql 5.7 is not supported by JIRA, Is it planned to support it at some point or to have a manual way to fix it as you have for confluence ?

Thanks.

Hi Vincent!

Use MySQL 5.6 or older. This is the only solution for now. Remember about odbc driver. Place it in lib folder of JIRA.
