I am now getting the following error when trying to save changes to the description field for JS: "

We couldn't save your content

It may contain formatting we don’t recognize. Try removing the formatting before saving." 

In the description field is text, and a few screenshots. This is BAU for me and my department for the past year so I am unclear why I am getting this error. I have been fixing this by copying my screenshots, deleting, and pasting them in again. I'm not sure what's changed. I'm not applying any formatting to screenshots, they just get copied and pasted in.

It looks like pasting a slack conversation into the description is the problem. Unfortunately the clear formatting option doesn't fix the issue. I've done a workaround by pasting the information into apple mail and then using the make plain text function.
