Error: There are no issues to be released

Hello guys,

I'm w/ problems to release my kanban board.

I already have 300 stories delivered, but when I try to create a new release I receive the error "Error: There are no issues to be released".
What can it be?

Where in that case a number of people were running into this issue when the "Done" column was not the last column on the board.  There are also a number of other suggestions of possible things that could also cause that issue.
