Hi Team,
I'm experiencing an issue accessing a Jira Cloud board. Whenever I open the board, I receive the following error:
Something went wrong on our end
- Hash: 1YYYB6L
- Trace: 6e367c5c5dd347188a0206c235e7fcf7
I've already tried the following troubleshooting steps:
- Incognito/InPrivate mode
- Different browsers
- Clearing browser cache/cookies
- Disabling browser extensions
- Refreshing the page
Still seeing the same error. Could someone advise on the next steps?
