I am the owner and administrator of our JIRA Space. I attempted to change a team member’s role from Member to Administrator, but I receive the alert:
“Error : Something went wrong. Please try again.”
and the change does not go through.
I also asked other administrators in this Space to try, but they all reported the same issue. We have an urgent task that requires this role change, so I would greatly appreciate your prompt guidance on how to resolve this.
