Error Message - Please Answer the "CUSTOMER IMPACT" Risk Assessment !

Trying to move a story on my Kanban board from one column to another and had this error message pop-up:

Please Answer the "CUSTOMER IMPACT" Risk Assessment !

In the story, I can't find an area that ask for customer impact risk assessment. I'm still pretty new to Jira and wasn't sure what was causing this error message to appear.

Welcome to the Atlassian community.

Based on the error message it looks like you have required field(s) that needs to be filled out before you can move your story to the target status. If the field(s) in question are not visible, you need to check the screen used to see if they have been added to it. Please note that you need Jira admin permissions to make any changes to the screens.
