Error Importing Data from OnDemand to Local Install

I have created a local install on AWS, and am attempting to import my exported backup from OnDemand. Unlike a few of the other questions which deal with a very similar error, this doesn't seem to be plugin-related.

I am completing the JIRA Setup, and have given the correct path for the data to import, and I receive the following error:

Error importing data: java.lang.IllegalArgumentException:

[GenericDelegator.makeValue] could not find entity for entityName: MovedIssueKey

Any thoughts?
