I am using Jira Software v8.5.1 x64 on my Windows 10 Server machine.
I set up the installation manually. Because I want to contact MSSQL 2016. To master database management.
I successfully pass the connection test before completing the database settings
After setting up the database settings during installation, I click the next button, the application goes to the next stage redirects to the error page.
Then I can't access the application again. Continuously redirects to the same error page.
Error page link : http://localhost:8080/secure/SetupMode!default.jspa
If the page is refreshed return page http:localhost:8080/secure/errors.jsp
Actions to correct the problem
I've cleaned up all the files for the installation. I tried to make a clean installation again. But in the same place, I encountered the same error.
I also tried the solution on the page I shared on the link. But it didn't solve my problem.
