BEN ATTIA Hana August 3, 2023

Hello ,

We're running Jira Software Data center for a while on two nodes  (version 8.13.5)

for the first time we're facing this database error in screenshot

Could you please help us to know the cause of this error in order to resolve iterrorJira.PNG  knowing that we didn't made any changes in the dbconfig file

Thanks in advance :)

Hi @BEN ATTIA Hana ,

Welcome to the community !!

Restart database and then jira. If issue exists, please check atlassian-jira.log and catalina.out for for more errors.

With no changes to dbconfig, that suggests your database has had the credentials changed, or a network change has blocked your server's connection to the database.
