Error Creating Issue: Indexing completed with 4 errors

I am on JIRA version 6.4 i.e. cloud. We've been facing issues since yesterday while performing the following operations:

Please advice as to what seems to be the problem and the steps to resolve it?

In server version we reindex the project. Even integrity checker have you checked them in your version?

Yes of course. For reindexing just one project go to project setting and then click on as bellow:

For reindexing your software Jira as bellow: system => indexing =>

For integrity checker as bellow: Manage app => Integrity Checker

check all boxes.
