Error Connecting to Slack

Within the company we have the Jira Cloud app installed in our slack. Recently due to an error my Slack status changed from Member to Guest and then back to Member again. At that time my Jira cloud-Google account disconnected from my slack. I'm trying now to reconnect because I used to get notifications for all my tickets through slack but an error message always comes up. The administrator says my permissions are all ok and that nothing has changed but after that incident I'm unable to get any updates from Jira in slack. I always end up with a warning sign and this message in this URL :
