Error Capture migration in progress - custom field creation banned

When I go to the kanban board and click on an issue I get the following error:

Capture migration in progress - custom field creation banned

I cannot see any of the issue details on the right anymore. How can I get rid of this error and see my issue on the right again?

Zephyr test suit was the problem. After uninstalling it the problem went away.
