Jira Scrum Board not loading - "Something's gone wrong"

Other Jira boards are all opening and displaying correctly.

Have closed all boards and re-open in new browser, but error still sporadically appears. Effect other user in same country and India. 

Anyone had this problem and how did you fix it?

There's an active incident on Jira Software cloud. Atlassian Team is currently investigating this issue where boards and backlogs are not loading for Team Managed projects. I would suggest subscribing to this Incident - Jira Team managed projects, Boards & Backlogs not loading correctly

Looks like the issue has been resolved now. Between 19 Aug 2024 - 06:00 UTC to 19 Aug 2024 - 10:00 UTC, boards and backlogs were not loading for Team Managed projects. The issue has been resolved and the service is operating normally.
