Error 17BC3QT - can't display a board I just created

Hello,

I am trying to create board in JIRA. I click on Create board (Create a Scrum board with sample data)

Jira creates things and the board appears in the list but when I try to access it, I get the
error : 17BC3QT - We cannot access this page at the moment. Please try again later.

I can't change anything in the parameters.
I don't understand because I'm full admin of the jira suite.

Is it a rights issue or something?
Do you have an idea to help me to solve my problem ?
