Epics showing solid gray bars for most issues

Some of our Epics are starting to show solid gray lines instead of the issues in the Epic when you look at the Epic on the backlog board. Has anyone see this before or know how I fix it?

@Jeramy It looks like the page is not loading.  Your backlog has 847 issues in it.  You need to work on optimization of the hardware.  If your DB and app run on the same server can impact performance.  I would start there and look at how the servers are running when you bring up the page.

If you are using a proxy it could also be the point of your timeout so that would be an area to check as well.

Are you running a proxy?  That might be causing the issue as well.  It can timeout when serving the data out to your browser.
