Epic panel switch lost from 3 dot menu, how can I add epic panel in Backlog?

Please help to enable epic panes in Backlog,

Is the board a Scrum board or a Kanban board?

For a Kanban board,

  1. select "Board Settings" from the ... menu.
  2. Select the Columns page
  3. Turn on the Epics Panel option.
