Epic not showing on backlog and board screen

We are using Scrum project, we are unable to see epic and release version window screen. 

furthermore please can you guide how to reset complete account. we tried some testing project need to create final project  after removing all the settings.

"unable to see" suggest that you're not using a scrum board, or that you have not created any epics or versions yet.

There is no "reset".  You are free to delete all your projects and configs for testing if you want, but for a completely clean Jira cloud, you will need to provision a new one.

Thanks for swift response.

"Unable to See"  while I create a new story there is no option of Epic type. am I missing something?

"Reset" When i delete project it keep showing in the recent menu.
