Epic Transition validation

Dear Team i need to add an validation in the epic 

for eg: i need to move a transition from  IN development to done Development if all the Stories and Subtask under the Epic is closed we are using JIRA Datacenter we have script runner plugin can any one suggest me the script for this validation.

I found the solution in script runner.

we can use conditions of script runner to meet this Liked Issue Condition this we can use.

@Pramodh M i have another dout how to do automatic transition of epic from one status to another if all the story completed.
