Hey Guys,
we are starting to use the Roadmap Feature (BETA), in order to automate our Product Roadmap and create a single source of truth away from Google Sheets.
I would like the Roadmap only to show a selectetion or subset of Epics, but didn't find a away to manually select or deselect them.
Reason behind this is that, we are managing a data process in which an Epic standing for a specific department (reoccurring tasks) OR represents a big project that is cross-department. From those two groups I only would like to show the latter on the roadmap, and NOT both.
Is there any way that I can manually deselect or filter projects like described above?
Thank you so much and stay safe!
Cheers,
Kristian
Hello @Kristian Herger,
Welcome to Atlassian Community!
On the Roadmap, it's possible to filter some Epics and show only the ones Assigned to a specific user, by Status and Issue type.
Also, it's possible to show only Completed or Incompleted Epics (or all).
Then, you can also change the view for Weeks, Months, or Quarter.
Other than that, there is no other option to filter Epics on the Roadmap, but since it's a Beta version, more features will be available in the future.
Feel free to create a suggestion on jira.atlassian.com (project JSWCLOUD) adding more details about the filters that you need and why it's important for your environment.
Regards,
Angélica
