Hello,
I have tickets being logged on my board, they all have different categories such as games, music, content and apps.
I have created an epic for each of these categories and then have issues under them. I want each Epic to be visible on the board and the tickets linked to that Epic under them so that I can easily see which tickets are being logged for which category.
At my previous company, the epics would be displayed on the board in the colour that is assigned to them, and under them the tickets.
I have created two boards, and its not displaying it how I want.
Kanban Board:
Scrum Board:
I want it to look like the Kanban board, with all issues under the Epics, but I want the Epic colours to show on the board.
Is this possible?
Thank you!
Hi @Azandè Caldicott, if I understand yor question correctly you can do the following.
In your Scrum board press the Elipsis menu on the upper right and select Configure board.
Under Settings select Swimlanes and in the dropdown select Epics.
This should give you a view like this on your scrum board.

HI Tim,
Thanks so much for your response!
My settings look a bit different than yours -
Not sure why this is?

Hi @Azandè Caldicott, I see (ref. lower left corner) that the project Test_Scrum is a Team Managed project. Such project type doesn't support swimlanes.
You might vote for support of this feature here.
I suggest you create a new project (e.g. Test_Scrum2) as a Company Managed project. Follow the wizard for the Scrum template and select Company Managed.

Great, I'm glad it resolved the question.
