End of only one product in instance

Hi everyone. I have an Atlassian Data Center instance with Jira Software and JSM installed. My JSM license has expired, but my Jira Software license is valid until 2027. Why can’t I use Jira Software if the license is still valid? What do I need to do to be able to use Jira Software?
