Encrypted transmission

Hello everyone, I currently have three questions about encryption.

• Is the data that the customer enters in the service desk encrypted during transmission? And how exactly is the encryption?
• How is the encryption with the Asana integration? For example Asana (customer system) transfer tickets to Jira?
• Is there a Security Data Room?
