Hello!

I tried to follow the document to enable the public sign up:

https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiraserver/enabling-public-signup-and-captcha-938847032.html

For the step "In the 'Mode' drop-down, select 'Public'." This field is not on the configuration page at all.

My version of Jira should be: 1001.0.0-SNAPSHOT

Any global setting I need to set in order to see the public sign up setting? Or if my version does not support such function?

Thanks a bunch!

Hi @Pui Yan Lee ,

On the top right corner of the document page, click on Cloud. I think it's a bit different than server.

also take a look at this page:

Hi @Parvaneh Zand , thanks for the reply!

I did some digging that I have also came to the same conclusion. However, how could I determine that my Jira cloud/service as agent based priced licensed or not?

What is your JSD version?

It seems that in earlier vresions, there's no limitation for service desk users and a user who has no application access is also considered a customer.
