Enable text gadget

I am using jira 4.3 the text gadget it s disabled by default how can i enable it?

This gadget is only available if your JIRA administrator has enabled the 'Text' module in the 'JIRA Gadgets Plugin'. It is disabled by default because it is a potential security risk, as it can contain arbitrary HTML which could potentially make your JIRA system vulnerable to XSS attacks. Nic: the text Gadget is not there where can i download it?or enable it?

Have you tried clicking on the "enabled" link in that sentence?

i clicked enable,, yet i am using introduction gadget it helped me still i want to resize the width and height of the gadget

You can't change the size of the gadgets without coding. However, you can try different dashboard layouts to have some effect on the width - there's 5 options and you probably want the one that's 2 columns, column 1 = 66%, column 2 = 33%.

The length of the gadgets depends on the content
